Lisbon, Oct 2026

Isabel did an overview for me and my husband to determine our tax residency status and what we needed to do next year, and she also set me up for self employment. She is very nice, very friendly, and very easy to communicate with, and once we agreed on the steps she did everything very quickly, my self employment was set up within 24 hours. She even sent me a video showing me how to do the invoicing myself, and helped with the backend stuff like receipts on the NIF and changing the address. Her pricing felt really reasonable compared to what other expat services charge.

Gonçalo helped me with my tax declaration, and overall I was satisfied - it did exactly what I wanted. My case is a bit complicated because of an A1 contract from Austria and the double taxation agreement, but he could help me a lot by translating everything from Portuguese and handling the declaration for me. It took a while, but I was always kept informed, and the price felt fair compared to other offers I looked at. I would do it again next year.

Lisbon, Sep 2026

I started working with Tiago around February or March this year, and he has been helping me with my freelance taxing in Portugal. It’s been very positive, he’s been very helpful and has been able to answer all my questions and help with any issues I’ve had. He is available on the phone and via email, and he has great knowledge, so I can’t complain.
