Fabio did the service I contacted him for about an air conditioning problem that was part of a leak issue, and it went pretty well. The service was done very professionally, it was good, and compared to others it was very good. They helped confirm that the problem was not the air conditioning but the sewage. I still have an open question about an old model and whether we can keep only the heating and ventilation, and I did not get an answer on that yet.

They installed our units and did a good job overall, and the price felt fair compared with the other option we researched. It turned out to be more of a job than it initially seemed, so they needed more time and had to come back for another day. There were a couple of issues during the process, including some holes in the wall when one unit was almost put in the wrong place, but whenever we asked for adjustments or asked them to fix something, they responded well and took care of it. In the end, we are happy with the product and everything is working.

Roger was everything I had hoped he might offer and more. He did excellent work installing switches and a light fixture, was punctual and friendly, and came on short notice. Communication was proactive and the quality felt outstanding, worth every euro. I'll definitely call him again.

How much does an AC gas leak repair cost in Lisbon?
Finding the leak takes longer than fixing it, and is what stops you paying for a regas each summer. Priced per job.
How much does an AC water leak repair cost in Lisbon?
Usually a blocked condensate drain, which is quick and cheap. Left alone it stains ceilings, so worth calling early.
How much does air conditioning repair cost in Lisbon?
Most repairs are a call-out plus a part, and summer is when everyone calls. Booking a service in spring is cheaper than an emergency repair in August.
How much does AC consultation cost in Lisbon?
Getting the size right matters more than the brand: an oversized unit cycles and cools badly. Often free with an installation quote.
How much does commercial air conditioning cost in Lisbon?
Quoted per premises after a survey, since capacity and ducting drive everything. Maintenance contracts are usual rather than optional.
How much does ducted air conditioning cost in Lisbon?
Rare in Lisbon flats and usually only viable during a renovation with false ceilings. Quoted per property after a survey.
How much does whole-home air conditioning cost in Lisbon?
Several indoor units on one outdoor unit, priced per indoor head. Cheaper per room than separate systems but a bigger single job.
How much does installing air conditioning cost in Lisbon?
A single split unit for one room is the common job, priced per unit including the outdoor part. Confirm whether the unit itself is in the quote.
How much does a heat pump cost in Lisbon?
A heating and hot water system rather than air conditioning, and a much larger job. Quoted per property after a survey.
How much does heat pump servicing cost in Lisbon?
Annual servicing similar to an AC unit but on a bigger system. Priced per visit.
How much does an AC service cost in Lisbon?
Annual servicing keeps the unit efficient and is far cheaper than a repair. Priced per unit, so a multi-split home costs more.
How much does an AC deep clean cost in Lisbon?
More thorough than a filter clean, stripping the indoor unit. Worth it every few years, especially in humid flats.
How much does AC filter cleaning cost in Lisbon?
The cheapest thing you can do for an air conditioner, and the one most people skip. Often included in a service.
How much does an AC regas cost in Lisbon?
A regas is routine, but a unit that needs one every year has a leak. Ask them to check rather than just refill.
How much does duct cleaning cost in Lisbon?
Only applies to ducted systems, which are uncommon here. Quoted after inspection since access varies.
How much does moving an air conditioner cost in Lisbon?
Dismantling and reinstalling is priced close to a new installation, because the work is the same minus the unit. Refrigerant is recovered and recharged.
How much does core drilling cost in Lisbon?
Drilling through a wall for the pipe run, usually part of an installation rather than a separate booking. Older thick walls take longer.
