I worked with Maria from 2019 or 2020 up until this year, for several years, and her company managed my rental property in Lisbon. It was a fantastic experience, we could not have done it without her, and she was very professional, very easy to work with, and reasonably priced. She also helped us sell our property, helped us rent out the apartment, handled repairs, and went to condo meetings and all that extra stuff to do with the property as well. She was a real pleasure to work with and I would very happily recommend her to anybody.

I first used João’s firm when our condominium changed managers, and they basically improved everything and made it work. Later I suggested them for our new building and he came in, organized everything very well, and we’ve kept them since. They’re straightforward, get it done, understand the legal requirements, and give good advice on things like security and how to manage the elevators; when we’ve had elevator issues they push the lift company, Otis, and are clear about what they can and can’t influence. Sometimes they’re a bit slow replying and occasionally come less well prepared than we’d like, but the service gets done and the admin fee feels cheap.

I started working with Maria in either 2019 or 2020, and she has been super helpful with our apartment in Lisbon. She handles property management, medium term rental management, placing the ads, getting the tenants, managing them while they are there, and she has also found contractors, managed repair work, handled utilities, and dealt with condo association problems like the elevator not working or the roof leaking. As Americans living in Portugal about half the year, working with Maria has been a true pleasure, she is very responsive, highly communicative, very efficient, and very professional, and it makes our lives so much easier. Our life there would be much more difficult and much more full of annoyance if we did not work with Maria.
