I had 3 sessions with Anne-Marie, doing hypnosis to improve some confidence aspects, and it helped a lot wi,th work and relationships. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and flexible with scheduling, which made everything easy. I did the first session in Lisbon, and then, after relocating to Brazil, I continued online, and it worked really well.

I had a really good experience with Anne-Marie a few years ago. We had two or three sessions in my house, and it was wonderful. I really managed to make progress with her support, and she was super professional and responsive. I would absolutely recommend her, and if I need it again, I would go with her.

My experience with Anne-Marie was spectacular, I do not even have words. She gets very involved with people, does preliminary work before each session, follows up on previous things, and understands what needs to be improved. I did a four month online program with her, and all the techniques she taught me and all the actions she told me to do had good results and helped me a lot. In the sessions she was always very calm, she gave me a lot of tranquility and confidence, and she made us believe in ourselves.
