Ekaterina coached me online with applying for jobs, and it ended up being more than just coaching because there were also psychological obstacles and she was willing to go deeper with those with me. I felt connected and safe, her attitude was very, very positive, and she was supportive and enthusiastic during the sessions. She was very aware of my difficulties, she tried different things every time, and if there was a big resistance she was respectful of my boundaries and did not push me too hard. My experience was very, very positive, and I would really like her support again when I find a job.

I started with Melanie in 2024, and she has always been very available to me when I need it. I usually buy packs of 6 sessions and use them when I need support, and she really became someone I could talk to about a lot of things. I first went to her because of a family death, and later when I had a huge problem last summer, she was there all the time and helped me a lot. She really understands me, gives very good advice, and the price feels fair.

I worked with Nina online this year, and she was really, really nice. It was one of the best decisions of my life to go for such a thing, especially because of how she did it, it helped me realize and answer some of my personal questions. She did it really professionally, was concentrated and ready to help. I was really amazed by her service and the way she did it. She spoke English, too which I really like! Highly recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions
What expats want to know before hiring coaching in Madrid.
Are there English-speaking coaching in Madrid?
Yes, and more do as the expat community grows. The hard part is knowing who is reliable before you book, so every one we list is reviewed by other expats who have actually used them.
What should I check before hiring coaching in Madrid?
Read recent reviews, be clear about exactly what you need, and agree the scope and an estimate in writing before any work starts. For anything regulated, check they hold the right credentials for the job.
What is the most important thing to know before booking?
Be clear about what you want and get the price and scope agreed up front, so there are no surprises. Reading other expats' reviews is the quickest way to find someone who does the job well and communicates clearly.
What should I avoid when hiring coaching in Madrid?
Avoid paying the full amount up front (a deposit can be fair), anyone who will not give a clear quote, and unusually cheap prices that get padded with extras later.
How do I explain what I need if my Spanish is limited?
A photo, a short video or a written list does most of the talking, and the professionals we list are used to international clients. Booking an English-speaking one takes the stress out of it entirely.
How do you say coaching in Spanish?
In Spanish, coaching are usually called coaching. That is the word to search for or to ask a neighbour, though many professionals here are used to the English term too.
How do I find coaching I can trust in Madrid?
Check the reviews and any credentials before you book. On Locallista the reviews are phone-verified and the ranking is based on real expat experience, not who paid the most.
