I've had an amazing experience with Carlos. I travel a lot for work, so I do his classes in person when I can and then use his online classes when I'm away, and we do follow ups, and it's honestly been life changing. I was someone who did not do any physical activity before and I didn't believe in it, but after training with them it's been amazing. The level of professionalism is really good, they're very nice and very well trained, and I would say it's a bit expensive, but I'm really happy.

I trained with Jose Cano for about four years, twice a week, and it was great. He really knows how the body works, spots everything - if I had a cheat meal he would ask what I ate, and he noticed when a specific muscle improved - and he tailored the sessions to my goals. The space is perfect and it felt like a small family, so going there was basically like going home. Price felt fair, and I still use the techniques he taught me, some are very original and people at the gym even comment on them.

I started with Hugo in 2022 because I'm a professional in padel, and he's my gym coach. We train six times per week, now we are two on the team, and he sometimes comes with us to tournaments. For me it's like my second father because we share a lot of moments, he adjusts the sessions to what I need, and when I feel not perfect we do 20-25 minutes mobility, though I think we could start with a bit more mobility. He arrives early and scheduling is easy, sometimes 2 minutes late because of his kid at school, the price is very good, and I'm still working with him and very happy.
