I needed A/C maintenance and leakage diagnosis and Ignacio Sasha was fast and efficient, he showed us the issue so we understood what he was fixing. He made the appointment very quickly and also diagnosed another problem and helped us make a quick fix free of charge, saying he'd come back if needed. We thought this was very kind and overall it was a great experience. I will use him again for any issues in the future without hesitation.

Xavi responded right away and was here in under 2 hours to fix my freezer and dryer. He had the spare parts to do the repairs on the spot, explained everything clearly and guaranteed his work for a year. He even gave me advice on my AC units to help me save money on maintenance. He is warm and works with integrity and I would definitely hire him again. We spoke Spanish.

From the beginning he came to visit, looked closely at the apartment and where it should be installed, gave me several recommendations, and on the day of the install he was very respectful and clean and left everything tidy. Communication was super, he answered quickly, was super punctual and even came a little before the appointment. The price was a little more expensive than another offer but it felt very fair for what he did - he came for free for the initial inspection, made a detailed offer, added extra cable later without charging, and now the device works well so I am super happy.
