I did a 3 month program with Anne-Marie to work on my mental health, and it helped me a lot. It was fully digital, which I loved, very practical for a busy life, and she sent me all kinds of tools, checked in regularly, and made custom hypnotherapy tapes for me to listen to. I felt very safe with her, she is very knowledgeable and a wonderful person. I was seeing so much change after such a short period of time, and we were able to solve stuff really quickly.

I’ve been to Junaid 3 times and was very happy with his services. He is attentive, has a very calm personality, and made me feel heard. I connected very well with him. My issue isn’t ongoing, so I’m not sure when I’ll need his help again, but I will definitely go back.
